About Premium Turkish Figs
Turkey produces over 70% of the world dried fig supply, and the Aegean region — particularly Aydın province — is world-renowned for producing the finest quality figs. Our Premium Turkish Figs are sun-dried using traditional methods that concentrate their natural sweetness and preserve their soft, chewy texture.

Per 100g: 249 calories, 64g carbohydrates, 9.8g fibre, 3g protein, 162mg calcium (highest among dried fruits), 68mg magnesium. One of the highest calcium sources in the plant kingdom.

Sourcing
Harvested in August-September from the Aydın province and sun-dried on traditional reed mats for 3-5 days. Our figs are Grade A quality — uniform size, golden-brown, soft centre with no artificial drying.
