This Shipping Policy governs dispatch, delivery, and logistics of orders placed on MidAura.

1. PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours subject to stock availability.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

3. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS

Deliveries are executed through independent logistics partners. The Company shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by such partners beyond reasonable control.

4. RISK TRANSFER

Risk in the goods transfers to the User upon successful delivery.

5. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

6. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation without refund of shipping charges.
