Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all cancellations, returns, refunds, and chargeback scenarios for purchases made on MidAura.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once an order has been processed and handed over to logistics partners, cancellation shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
The Company deals in food products, which are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions. Accordingly, returns are strictly limited and governed by hygiene and safety considerations.
3. ELIGIBLE RETURN SCENARIOS
Returns shall be considered only in cases where:
The product delivered is materially damaged at the time of delivery; or
An incorrect product has been delivered due to an error attributable to the Company.
4. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT
The User must provide clear photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery, failing which the claim shall be deemed waived.
5. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
All claims are subject to internal verification. The Company reserves the right to reject any claim where evidence is insufficient, inconsistent, or indicative of misuse.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Opened, consumed, or tampered food products shall not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
8. CHARGEBACK AND FRAUD PROTECTION
Initiating a chargeback without following this policy shall be treated as a breach of Terms. The Company reserves the right to contest such chargebacks and recover associated costs.
